Sales Exectutive

We’re looking for a strategic, commercially driven Sales Executive to further build on the relationships with Tax and Accounting firms in the US. The role is designed to form solid partnerships with firms nationwide by presenting and selling our new payroll processing service to their clients and prospects.

This role sits under myPay Solutions (by IRIS): a leading outsourced payroll, banking and tax service used by small-sized businesses across all states.

The role: Build Trusted Partnerships with CPA firms.

  • Gain understanding of our accountants and payroll client’s needs and requirements.
  • Successfully serve customers and prospects, targeting to create a customer for life.
  • Be responsible for the entire sales process – this is a closing role.
  • Continually develop your consultative sales skills & product knowledge
  • Occasionally attend trade shows/seminars or participate in conferences Close sales and achieve monthly sales quotas.

You’re a fit for the role if:

  • You have 2+ years of experience within a software sales role.
  • You have sold payroll products or services (preferred, not essential)
  • You could explain complex and technical issues clearly, to non-technical audience.
  • You have experience with developing new account prospects and clients through networking, referrals, cold calling, and account development over the phone.
  • You have strong communication skills.
  • You are receptive to feedback and constructive criticism
